For technical support issues, there is a tab in the product that provides links to contacting support. 

 

To access the support tab:

 

1.Click Home on the menu bar and then click Options, which opens the Options dialog box.

2.Click the Resources tab.

3.Click:

Contact Us, which opens the InspectionXpert ticket center (http://mysupport.inspectionxpert.com/) in your default web browser to create a help ticket and send email to InspectionXpert.

Go Online, which opens the InspectionXpert website (http://mysupport.inspectionxpert.com/) in your default web browser.

About, which opens a window detailing the version information about the current product.
