The columns that are included in the Table Manager can be modified in the Options dialog box.
To change the included columns:
1.Click Home on the menu bar.
2.Click Options on the menu.
3.Click the Applications Options tab.
4.Click the Display tab.
5.Click the checkboxes to deselect the columns you do not want to display in the Table Manager.
6.Click on a row in the Table Manager and then click the or to reorder the fields that are shown in your Table Manager
7.Click OK.
