For example, if your original file is named "File 123", when you export your ballooned inspection file to a PDF the name will be "File 123-ballooned." Check the Prompt for PDF filename box to also have the opportunity to change the file name at the time of export.

•Prompt for PDF filename: Will prompt you to accept or change the default file name of your PDF upon export.
•Share the credit with InspectionXpert: This option will place a "Ballooned by InspectionXpert" message in your ballooned PDF. The Drawing Border section shows where this credit will be placed with respect to the borders of your file. Clear this box if you do not wish for this message to appear.
•Save Markup As: Choose Save as comments to save your balloons and notes as a separate layer in your exported PDF that can be turned on or off with the comments or layers function in your PDF viewer application. Choose Merge with document to keep these annotations part of your PDF file with no separate comments layer.
