InspectionXpert OnDemand 2.0 will not unlock without a valid Serial Number.
•To assess Licensing go to the "Options" button on the "Home" ribbon then click on the "Licensing" tab.
•You will be provided with a serial number in your InspectionXpert order confirmation.
•If you do not provide a valid Serial Number, you will receive the message "Wrong format for serial number or e-mail address."
•After entering a valid Serial Number, click Check for License at which point you will receive the message "Successfully retrieved license". Click "OK" to save.
Local License Server:
•Choose the Local License Server options to see the following:
•Fill in the server field with the server name and choose the correct port number.
•Fill out the Send Timeout and Recieve Timeout for the chosen numbers and click "Check for License"
•Refer to the InspectionXpert License Manager installation documentation for more information on configuring Local License Server settings
InspectionXpert OnDemand 2.0 Trial Users:
•To unlock a trial of InspectionXpert OnDemand 2.0, user will follow the same procedure as stated above. If a trial has expired, InspectionXpert will display the message "Your trial has ended. Please contact sales@inspectionxpert.com to purchase"
