The General tab sets the save/recovery options, menu function, and any add-ons for the product.  Users may also Import or Export default Options settings.

 

To access the General Application Options:

 

1.Click Home on the menu bar and then click Options, which displays the Options dialog box.

2.Click the Applications Options tab, and then click the General tab.

3.Select the options that you wish to setup for the product:

•The "Install GDT Font" installs the GDT Font. The GDT font isn't required, but if you publish GDT text to Excel reports, the font is required to properly view the documents.

•          Enable GDT formatting for Basics and Reference annotations

•          MeasurementXpert

•          CMMXpert

•          CAMS format support

 

•Click the checkboxes under Add-ons to include those add-ons in the product.
