Using the Home menu you can save your ballooned file as a PDF and then open the Export to Excel option window.
To save as a 3D PDF using a 3D Model (3D CAD only):
1.Click Home and then click OR click FILE, click Publish, and then click 3DPDF, which opens the Save as window.
2.Search for and select a location in which to save your PDF.
3.Click in the Filename text box and then type a name or keep the default name.
4.Click Save.
To save as a PDF using the Home menu:
1.Click Home and then click OR click File, click Publish, and then click PDF, which opens the Save as window.
2.Search for and select a location in which to save your PDF.
3.Click in the Filename text box and then type a name or keep the default name.
4.Click Save.
NOTE: You can save your drawings in different states. For example you may want to display your drawing grid and Export to PDF to have a drawing which shows the grid. Or if you have used MeasurementXpert to enter measured values and Export to PDF to show your inspection file with highlighted characteristics showing Pass and Fail conditions.
